I have built engineering teams from small groups of freelancers into structured, collaborative organizations, set technical strategy at the leadership level, and written production software across the full stack. My approach to leadership is collaborative and pedagogical: enabling teams to work autonomously matters more to me than staying in the critical path.
On the AI side, I have hands-on experience with LLM integrations, MCP tooling, and workflow automation using OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
I am particularly drawn to work at the intersection of technology and social good. EdTech, systemic poverty, and expanding access to education are areas I care about and actively look for opportunities in.
Outside of consulting, I am building Rememless and working as a technology cofounder. I communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences and take seriously the responsibility of making technology choices transparent to stakeholders.
